12 weeks of individual support from a qualified Sports Naturopath, Olympian and Holistic Coach with self paced learning to fast track your progress. Next intake 14th March 2022.

About Kate Smyth

Hi I’m Kate,

I certainly know what it’s like to face challenges when pursuing a dream.
Looking back, I am grateful for the many challenges and obstacles I encountered along my eight year journey from fun runner to Olympic marathoner (2008 Beijing Olympics).
I believe there isn’t just one way to health. My mission is to educate and empower female athletes just like you, so you can restore optimal health and in doing so reach your lifetime goals.

On the back of my deep desire to help other athletes overcome many of the same health issues I faced such as nutrient deficiencies, anaemia, fatigue, hormonal disruption, and poor gut health, I created the Flat to Fast Anaemia Recovery Program.
I have completed three university degrees including a Masters and a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy). My thirst for knowledge has led me to a fourth qualification in clinical nutrition and a diploma in sports nutrition. Both of these are underway. I have undertaken additional training in thyroid health, sports nutrition, digestive health and female athlete hormones…. just in case you are wondering.
I consider coaching and mentoring many of Australia’s best distance athletes an absolute joy and privilege.
As an athlete, coach and business owner I understand what it can be like. That is why I advocate for a realistic, practical, and effective approach that gets results.
