Naturopathic medicine (naturopathy) is a holistic approach used to assess, identify and find solutions to your health concerns and sports performance. We blend our lived experience, formal knowledge and clinical insights to provide a form of naturopathy and sports nutrition specific to female and male athletes.
Our sports focussed naturopath combines conventional medicine, modern science and traditional medicine when developing tailored treatments for active individuals.
Sports focussed naturopathy takes into consideration an athlete’s desire to train and perform without taking unnecessary breaks from exercise. Sports nutrition and naturopathic medicine also appreciates the physical demands and nutrient requirements of an athlete that may differ slightly from the general population.
We can advise you on dietary requirements, natural plant-based medicines, high-quality supplements that are Therapeutic Goods Act (TGA) approved, and batch tested supplements for athletes competing under ASADA and WADA guidelines.
Our services are suitable for recreational and elite athletes.
We support runners, netballers, weekend warriors and adventurers, AFL players, dancers, triathletes, natural bodybuilding athletes, motorbike competitors, basketballers, volleyballers, cyclists, soccor players, mountain bikers, combat sport participants and anyone who wants to stay fit and active.
We collaborate with existing support teams including trainers, coaches, and medical and alied health practitioners. We also help guide athletes towards finding the right contacts to create a balanced and holistic support team.
How to access our services:
We offer naturopathy and sports nutrition online and in person through our Melbourne and Torquay (near Geelong) clinics.

We generally suggest patients require three appointments to achieve optimal results. Our initial holistic health package offers the best value and includes a full initial assessment, referrals for testing (if required), a treatment plan, and two review consultations.
Once you’ve booked in we will email you a new patient and consent form which will gather some health history and obtain your consent for us to provide useful information. Instructions on how to find us or a link to your telehealth (online) appointment will also be included in your confirmation email.
If the times available don’t suit please contact us directly as we may be able to accomodate other times.

Our programs offer personalised care accompanied by additional resources and a supportive environment to help individuals remain accountable. Flat to Fast is our Anaemia Recovery Program and our Female Endurance Running Program provides naturopathy, sports nutrition and coaching for female distance runners.
